Monica Mauri is a seasoned CHRO and Board Member with over 20 years’ experience driving growth, transformation, and M&A success for multi-billion-euro organisations, including ERIKS, Staples Solutions, and Randstad. Most recently, as CHRO and Board Member at ERIKS, she steered a 10,000-strong workforce through a major turnaround while increasing female representation in senior management from 8% to 25% in just two years. Her extensive background includes leading HR during the strategic carve-out of Staples Solutions from its previous ownership and overseeing the €7 billion worldwide HR integration of Vedior for Randstad. Monica holds an MBA from Bocconi University and a degree in Social and Occupational Psychology from the University of Padua, supplemented by executive education from INSEAD, Harvard Business School, and IMD. She is a recognised expert, passionate about building high-performing, inclusive organisational cultures.
