When we experience deep loss in Past Lives, losing multiple loved ones, or people they were deeply connected to, it can leave a very specific energetic and emotional imprint that carries forward to your present lifetime.
It usually doesn’t show up as a clear memory. Instead, it tends to surface as patterns, sensitivities, or subconscious fears in the present life.
One of the most common imprints is a deep fear of loss or abandonment. Even when life is stable, there can be an underlying expectation that “something will go wrong” or that loved ones won’t stay. This can lead to hyper vigilance in relationships or difficulty fully relaxing into love.
Another way it shows up is through emotional protection mechanisms. Someone might:
Keep people at a distance without realizing why

Or, on the opposite end, form very intense attachments quickly because there’s a subconscious urgency to love before it’s “taken away”
