In the midst of worldwide weather chaos, London Climate Action Week reminded us that loving nature is a powerful form of climate action.

This special episode includes two talks introduced by Juliet Kinsman at the Nature in the City live event, hosted by Bouteco during London Climate Action Week at Sea Containers London with our friends at The Long Run. It took place in a week when several extreme heat events were cancelled — because of extreme heat.

We hear from two brilliant speakers: Brynn Garner of Rainforest Trust, speaking from the heart about biodiversity and why loving nature might be one of our most powerful climate tools. And Aisling Creevey, TV weather presenter and co-host of For the Love of Weather alongside Gemma Plumb, on El Niño, the AMOC, and what it's really like to live through the personal effects of the climate crisis.

We also share soundbites from the biggest voices at London Climate Action Week: UN Secretary-General António Guterres — and his warning that "the Earth's tipping points are like objects in a car mirror: they are far closer than they appear.” And wise words from Prince William, speaking at Guildhall, on the responsibility of this moment and the question future generations will ask of us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Sea Containers London. If this episode makes you feel something — please listen, follow, and share. It genuinely helps.
