I first learned about EFT tapping almost 20 years ago, I was blown away by the quick effective results but I didn't start to use it regularly until a few years ago, the shifts in my life were incredible and I continue to use tapping every single day of my life now.
A cancer diagnosis in 2019 made me stop and reassess my life. I decided to start living my life to the extremes, develop mindset mastery, and match my vibration to all of my manifestations. Setting that intention and taking the action steps did exactly that, and now I am the healthiest and happiest I have ever been, and life just continues to get bigger and better and sparklier.
I enjoy teaching people how to improve their lives, step into their ultimate power, and I LOVE making content to help YOU explore your untapped potential, and tap into the life of your dreams.
