On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Sara Sturges, owner and CEO of RJ Balson and Son USA, an authentic British sausage producer, located in New York. Originally from the southwest of England, RJ Balson and Son is a small independent family butcher that’s been in the same family since 1515, making them England’s oldest family business. Sara is the 26th generation, and the first woman in more than 500 years to own and operate part of the business.
