So many folks say, "I'm bad at making decisions" or "I struggle to make decisions." While that may *feel* true, it can also become its own self-perpetuating cycle, making you feel even more self-doubt, stress, and confusion.

 

I've found it's far more helpful to say: "I'm working on making decisions more effectively — and here's what I'm changing."
