I'm a Nurse Midwife with 25 years experience in Women's Health and my holistic approach to perimenopause guides women to connect with the inner wise woman in the midlife rite of passage. My work combines medicine, energetics and spirituality to help balance hormones, cultivate a closer relationship with the body and find deeper meaning in one's personal journey. As a Witch, I lead a local coven and host retreats bridging the physical and spiritual accessing the body as a portal between worlds. I live in a rural community on the California Central Coast and have a close relationship with the plants, animals and waters of the region.
