In today's show, I talk to Jonah Rosner, former NFL sports scientist turned running scientist and high-performance coach. At 25 he was one of the youngest sports scientists in NFL history for the Houston Texans. He also worked across Major League Soccer at Austin FC, the NBA, and NCAA college basketball at University of Texas where he also received his master’s degree in exercise physiology. Jonah specializes in using the latest sports science technology and testing to individualize strength and endurance training programs.
