Jude spent 17 years at IBM before developing her methodology that uses horses to reveal the behaviours leaders may not realise they are bringing into their professional relationships. 

We discuss how stress, fear and past experiences can influence behaviour, especially during uncertainty, even when leaders believe they are presenting as calm and confident.

She shares why horses are so powerful at revealing incongruence between what we feel and what we project, and how this can expose patterns around trust, control, compassion and clarity.
