Do you have any habits that you adopted from someone else’s influence? Do you continue to do something that isn’t serving you even when that person is no longer influencing you? Basically, do you have any habits that lead to distress in your life because you internalized a behavior that started out as control from someone who wanted you to be or do something different so they could be more comfortable?
