Liz Bagwell to talk about resetting our daily habits. ☀️ BUT… since I needed to shut down my week to care for my family, Liz stepped up and asked if she could do a "takeover" instead, so we still got this week's episode out! And though GOD designed us to have a sympathetic NS for us to USE, when you perpetually live in it – your body is stuck using everything it can to keep you SAFE, NOT doing everything it can to keep you healthy.
