You may not have heard of Pablo Besson, but many Christians in Argentina remember the day he arrived in their country, July 25, 1881, as a historic milestone. While he was not the first Protestant missionary there, he was probably the most important of the early missionaries. He had a huge impact not only on the church but on Argentinian freedom of religion.
