Meet Dr Faraz, a PGY 1 from India who got into the Observership Program at an Australian hospital. After the program, he interviewed for employment and got a job as a Junior doctor. Two years later, he not only finished the WBA program and got his general registration but got into the Australian Psychiatry training program.
