For 30 years, the Precita Eyes Urban Youth Arts Festival has held down the graffiti community in San Francisco's Mission district. In this panel discussion recorded at the festival's 30th anniversary, we bring together voices who helped shape that history: Susan Cervantes, founder of Precita Eyes Muralists; Omen2, Nate1 and Flame of MPC Crew; Agana of TDK crew; and host Dregs One.
