Ploughing on through the relentless rain of crap that made up the news between July and December they witness the coming of the mysterious cosmic interloper of 3I/Atlas and the incoherent stream of endless nonsense that Avi Loeb chats about it, several more fantastic fungi, a troubled train driver with chronic insomnia, the completely sensible, benign and not-at-all-horror-movie-fodder thawing of ancient organisms from arctic ice, a genuine fake Bigfoot corpse... and despite sightings of triangular UFOs, Lockheed Martin's new drone and a tentacled alien potato in 2025 did humans become too boring for extraterrestrials to bother visiting us at all?
