Gary Heseltine served for 25 years as a British police officer, including 19 years as a detective constable. Since 2002 he has maintained a database documenting UFO reports from police officers throughout the United Kingdom. He is Vice President of the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) and the author of Non-Human, one of the most detailed investigations ever published on the Rendlesham Forest Incident.
