In this episode, shared with you as I arrive in Italy to prepare for our women’s retreat, I’m reflecting on fear, change and the courage it takes to do something we have never done before.
Some of the women joining me have never travelled alone - and yet they said yes. We’ll talk about why fear doesn’t always mean we’re making the wrong choice, how self-trust is built through action, and why the changes we never wanted can sometimes create space for a life we couldn’t previously imagine.
I also share why I wouldn’t be leading this retreat - or doing any of this work - if it weren’t for my divorce, and invite you to consider what might still be possible in your own next chapter.
