Chip Judd and Joey Svendsen sit down with Chip and Christy Henderson for an honest conversation about mental health in ministry. The Henderson’s share their testimony of leading a church without addressing the roots of anxiety and depression, the detriments of painful childhood experiences, and marital struggle. It's a redemption story that easily could have gone the other way, a profound reminder that leaders cannot guide others toward wholeness while ignoring their own wounds. Real growth requires self-reflection, humility, and the courage to seek help.

At the top of the episode, Jack, Joey, and Lynne have some dialogue around "pastoral calling" and how that calling is impacted by moral failure, including if and when a pastor should be reinstated into ministry.
