It's my 100th episode, so I decided to talk to my father, John O'Connor. For over 30 years, my Dad was an executive in the aviation industry, traveling the globe using his leadership skills to oversee construction/engineering projects all over the world. He is a self-made man and one of the smartest, wisest people I know. We may have many differences on the surface, but there was no one I would rather have for a milestone episode like this. Enjoy!
