What if... we were hopeful?

Today we invite you to be positive!

Indeed, this last episode will be devoted to hope.

This is a concept that is often misunderstood: we tend to believe that to hope for something is to want a situation to work out and wait for it

Our goal is to show you that hope is in fact a synonym of action, and that it is, like benevolence or altruism, an inner disposition that must be cultivated.

It can thus become a strength and help us overcome obstacles such as animal suffering, the ecological crisis or even poverty.

In addition, it contributes to our well-being, so why deprive ourselves of it?

In this episode, 2 speakers, Jane Goodall, author, scientist specialized in animal species (especially monkeys) and founder of the NGO Jane Goodall Institute, and Matthieu Ricard, Buddhist monk, scientist, photographer and writer will help us see the glass half full.

So together, let's take a resolutely optimistic look at the future!
