Nvidia has once again given investors what they wanted: spectacular growth, a confident forecast and fresh evidence that demand for artificial-intelligence computing remains stronger than the industry's ability to supply it. The stock climbed as much as 7% before Thursday's opening bell, helping Nasdaq 100 futures rise roughly 0.9%, while S&P 500 futures gained 0.4%.
