Jamie is 7 months out from Ironman Texas, so I sat him down to find out what he's learnt so far in his Ironman training and to test his cycling lingo. Some answers were better than others.

Because if you're going to swim 2.4 miles, ride 112 and run a marathon, you need to know your cassette from your chainring (or at least be able to fake it).

Whether you're training for your first Ironman or your fifth, this is not one to miss.
