Who’s gonna pay for nuclear build out?

The big question on so many infrastructure / energy professionals’ lips is… how is the global build-out of nuclear energy going to be financed?  

Everyone agrees that nuclear – from small modular reactors through to multi-GW nuclear power plants – is required to keep the lights on and help nations achieve energy security… but it’s going to come at a cost… part of which is going to be met by private capital.
