David Bedrick is a Teacher of Process-oriented psychology, and attorney, the Founder of the Institute for Shame Based Studies, and Author of one of my new favorite books, "You Can't Judge A Body By It's Cover: 17 Women's Stories"

His work is profound, poetic, and eye-opening. It's personally transformed the way I see myself, and the way that I work with clients. Shame is pervasive, it's poisonous, and it could be the SINGLE thing that is keeping you from manifesting your desires.

In this episode we talk about David's work, you'll get to hear how he lovingly works, and my hope is, you'll understand a little bit more about your own shame and how to clear it.

This episode is such a gift.
