What is your COVID project? In this talk, Sofie Fribo talks about how she came about posting her illustrations on Instagram which then eventually led her to her own book. She talks about her art and how it helps her with her daily life in her husband’s country where she is still learning the language. She was able to share her and her husband’s take on HYGGE– a Danish concept that doesn’t really have a direct English translation. In this talk, Sofie gives examples to explain it better. It also translates to how they manage their social media pages.

Sofie also made a very compelling explanation on how motherhood gave her a better understanding of the world and people around her. Listen to her talk about motherhood and it would feel like being in a trance. It will give you a deeper understanding and maybe an even deeper appreciation of your own motherhood journey.
