Held on July 9, 2000, in Daytona Beach, Florida, the 2000 Bash of the Beach was a highly controversial pro wrestling pay-per-view, infamous for an off-script dispute between Hulk Hogan and Vince Russo, a real-life "shoot" that destroyed the former's WCW career and became a defining moment in the downfall of the promotion.
