#215 - Spread Joy! And Whitewater Raft Through Life

I've also been super high energy this week. I've never felt less lazy and more productive. Instead of "floating along" through life, I've ben "whitewater rafting" through life. But oops, I woke up super exhausted this morning 😅... I guess balance is the wisdom to be found here. 😌
