𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗧𝗼 𝗪𝗣𝗥!

Hey everybody!

I had one of those moments this week at Whispering Ponies Ranch that I'll never forget.

Last year, one of our campers absolutely amazed me with how effortlessly he scaled the rock wall. I jokingly started calling him "Spider Boy," and I had no idea that nickname would stick with him.

Fast forward to this year's camp...

The moment I saw him again, I realized he hadn't forgotten. In fact, he had carried that nickname with him all year long! When it came time for him to conquer the rock wall once again, I asked him, "When you get to the top, do you want everyone cheering for Shane... or do you want everyone cheering for Spider Boy?"

Without hesitation, he smiled and chose "Spider Boy."

Sometimes the smallest moments become the biggest victories.

For children who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or rejection, simply being seen... remembered... and celebrated can mean more than words can express. It's one of the many reasons ministries like Whispering Ponies Ranch matter so much.
