Today’s guest is Neha Ruch, the founder of Mother Untitled—the first platform exclusively focused on empowering women as they navigate career breaks in motherhood. Before becoming a mom herself, Neha spent ten years in brand strategy and received her MBA from Stanford Business School. She then decided to downshift and become a stay-at-home mom after welcoming her first child. The experience was a catalyst for her to launch her own platform aimed at redefining what it means to be a stay-at-home mom and providing support for other women in the middle of their own career pivot. We talked about what we need to do as a society to better support our caregivers, the motherhood penalty (a sobering phenomenon for working mothers), reexamining what purpose looks like, identity shifts, and so much more.
