David Sommer, 51, is behind bars in Sarasota County, Florida, accused of using his position as a choir teacher to allegedly prey on at least one female student. The teen's parents discovered entries about Sommer in their daughter's diary, which kicked off a quick-moving investigation into the two's communications and alleged sexual contact.
