Changing your job may only solve part of the issue. Depletion is also caused by how you approach work in general. There’s often a performer, a move to control, a part of you needing to hit the marks that’s anxiously at work all day. In this episode I explore this, share my own struggles with performing, and discuss how we might be able to put down “not safe” to find more ease and enjoyment in our day.
