From Service to Strength | How Strongman Translates To Armed Forces Training

Join Terry Hollands and Rob Frampton as they sit down with two UK Armed Forces Strength Athletes to learn more about the pathway of Strongman in the Military.

A 15-person team from UK Armed Forces Strongman and Strongwoman will attempt to deadlift a combined total of 1,000,000kg in 24 hours across two locations on 4th–5th September 2026 in support of Walking With The Wounded.

This will culminate in a live finale at the Giants Live Strongman Open and World Deadlift Championships 2026 at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham.
