A Brief History of El PRI and Mexico's Dirty War

On October 2, 1968, the Mexican military opened fire on students who were protesting. This dark event in Mexico's history became known as the Tlatelolco Massacre and takes place during Mexico's Dirty War. Before discussing the dirty war, Cristina tells Carmen a brief history of the party who was enacting this war on the Mexican people, the CIA backed PRI party.
