Lebanese chef Charbel Hayek won won the fifth season of Top Chef Middle East and North Africa and is currently competing on Top Chef: World All-Stars. He wanted to be a chef from a young age and traveled from Lebanon to France to Los Angeles to learn his craft. He talks to Stephanie Cmar and Joel Murphy about Top Chef, his forthcoming cookbook and why Dubai is an underrated food city.
