This striking flower has a strategy to bloom early to take advantage of what little moisture their arid environment even gets. It is definitely aptly named as the Rocky Mountain Dwarf primrose, because it thrives in the harsh Rocky Mountains. Don't forget to keep an eye out in early spring and this little flower will be happy to greet you to another year of wildflowers. Pollinator: Hunt's bumblebee
