In 1983, 20-year-old Kim Goodman was stabbed to death in her Mooresville, NC backyard by her 14-year-old neighbor, Brett Abrams, when he was caught “watching” her sunbathe. He had been stalking Kim, and when she confronted him this day, he lost it! Kim’s mother and brother are trying to make sure her killer is not released by the N.C. Parole Commission 40 years later.
Call To Action: Peggy Goodman Riley and her son Greg urge anyone who opposes Brett Abrams’ release to send their concerns to: N.C. Post-Release Supervision and Parole Commission, 4222 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-4222 or Parole.Commission@ncdps.gov.
If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Tabitha Goins, please contact the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office at (910) 323-1500, or Crime Stoppers at (910) 483-8477.
