And for nearly seventeen years, that reputation served as the perfect disguise... until his true horrors were brought to the surface.
The country was shocked when the mutilated remains of a young boy was discovered in 2010, leading investigators to uncover a disturbing pattern of exploitation and violence that had gone on for far too long.
