Simon explains why Scripture was not only written to be preserved, but also to be spoken and heard—comparing the Bible to sheet music that is written so it can be played.
Rachel and Simon discuss the difference between simply memorizing words and truly internalizing Scripture, why effective Bible reading and recitation both require preparation, and how God's Word can move from the page, into the mind and heart, out through the voice, and into the hearts of listeners.
