Caleb and Riley are joined by Mardi Tindal, a writer, adult educator and who we might say has become an expert on the topic of coliving.

Mardi joined forces with friends, to create their own coliving community. After many years of wading through legal options, creating legal documents, real-estate viewings and architectural drawings, they've now created a really amazing coliving arrangement on a beautiful Lakeside property.

Mardi is known for her leadership locally, nationally and internationally, as a faith leader active in UN Climate negotiations from Copenhagen (2009) to Paris (2015), and has been described by Canada's largest circulation newspaper as "a compelling voice".
