Rome Inside Out is back! This time we’re going to Marta’s part of the city: Tiburtina!

The name comes from the ancient Roman road that once led from the capital city all the way to the Adriatic Sea. Today it’s a dense residential area with one of the biggest train station in Italy: Stazione Tiburtina.

We explore the station, the shiny new constructions around it, Marta’s medieval horse racing traditions and the possibilities for Roma’s new stadium in the neighbourhood 🧐
