I’m so excited to share that today’s episode is all about kicking off our next big event—the Memberships What's Working Now Summit! Honestly, one of the biggest struggles I hear about with virtual summits is just that overwhelming feeling of not knowing where to start once you get inside. And for those of you that feel like your backend tech and systems are just barely held together, “Running It Smart” is where you’ll find the behind-the-scenes sessions that help your membership run smoother as it grows. You can go right to the spot that matches where you’re stuck instead of scrolling endlessly hoping something jumps out at you.
The summit is all online, totally free, and you get access to every session for the whole week—no daily time limits, no worrying about missing out because of your schedule. It’s super flexible: you can watch what you want, whenever you can fit it in. And let’s be honest, sometimes it’s hard to actually jump in, even when you’re all signed up—that’s not a character flaw, it’s often just about the structure. That’s why we’ve made it simple and really doable this time.
Plus, there’s a private Facebook group where we’ll be hosting watch parties, games, fun prizes, and lots of engagement.
