We roam Izmir Turkey and take a memorable side trip to the ancient city of Ephesus. Besides cats, Izmir is full of unique, interesting, and eye-opening cultural experiences at almost every turn. About an hour away, Ephesus sets a new bar of what ancient history looks like, difficult to describe yet we try anyway.
