Joe Bando is the owner, with his wife Amanda, of Sacred Strength Sanctuary, a one on one personal training center in Laguna Niguel in Southern California. Joe uses short, joint friendly effective training sessions to help people transform, and offers nutrition and behavioral change to clients. He also has found a passion making people laugh and has become a standup comedian.
