After two years away from the sport, Tyson Pedro returned to action at PFL Belfast in April and took second-ranked Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov to the wire. As he prepares for his matchup with Rafael Xavier at PFL Washington D.C., the 34-year-old Australian talked to Sean about the time spent boxing, what it's like seeing fellow Aussies dominating the UFC light heavyweight division where he once competed, and some of the harsh—and humorous—realities of fighting halfway across the globe.
