We'll hear Rich's perspective on the company's history, from its early days as a General Store in 1938 to its transition to selling firearms and outdoor equipment in the late 70s.  We also discuss the challenges faced during that time and the significant roles that Rich's wife and family has played in shaping Vance Outdoors into the business we are today.
