I was invited back to my pharmacy school as a guest speaker about patient communication and boy was it an amazing experience! I never would have thought 10 years ago when I had one of my most embarrassing moments in school that some day I would be back in the very same room talking about it, and sharing how this is the thing I'm known for now!
If I have any message to share, it's that anyone can improve at the art of the communication, and it's actually the only thing that matters at the end of the day. And who knows, maybe if you work on the thing that brings you the most shame, in 10 years youll be on a stage speaking about it!
In todays lecture I scratch the surface on topics like the formula to being charismatic, how to validate others, and the importance of being open minded and allowing yourself to be surprised.
