We discussed her memoir, Fat Off, Fat On: A Big Bitch Manifesto and how it chronicles her journey to discovering body positivity and self worth.
We also talked about mental health issues, intergenerational trauma- as well as how writing has been a form of healing for her. Clarkisha offered advice to anyone facing similar challenges and shared her vision for the future of the plus size industry.
