Triggers have deep roots because they are a set of patterns that have been repeatedly enforced throughout your life, but there are a few other things that I think contribute to how frequently we are triggered and how easily frustrated we can become as moms to little kids.

Today, I dive into one thing that I think is incredibly important to assess and reflect on that can significantly impact how we are showing up as moms and the level of overstimulation we are feeling.
