How the podcast began
The podcast launched in February 2022, when we already owned five student HMOs but still felt like novices.
Season one looked back at how we bought those HMOs, alongside interviews with UK property experts.
In season two, episodes 35 to 53, I set myself the challenge of buying a UK property at auction from Hong Kong within four months, and secured a block of flats in Derbyshire with two weeks to spare.
Since then, guests have mostly been chosen out of curiosity, and the survey is a step towards a more systematic approach built around what listeners need.
