Dela

Matt Moore (CTO & Co-Founder @ Chainguard) joins us to share his founder journey and dissect how potential founders can take their technical problems and identify if they have a real product on their hands. Matt shares his founder journey and lessons learned along the way, including having conviction in your product before the market catches up, bringing together your founder team, identifying your product’s messaging, and knowing when your product has finally achieved product market fit. We also cover insights on various pricing models, how the role of founder evolves as the company grows, and Matt’s take on CI & AI.

ABOUT MATT MOORE

Before founding Chainguard, Matt was a software engineer at Google and VMware, where he worked on large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems, before leaving to co-found Chainguard to help organizations build and run secure-by-default software supply chains. Today, as Chainguard's CTO, he leads the architecture behind Chainguard’s internal software factory (“Factory 2.0”), which reently replaced a brittle, event-driven system with an AI-powered agentic framework called "DriftlessAF" that continuously reconciles and rebuilds software from source.
